The Sales Manager is responsible for driving business growth by combining technical expertise with strong commercial skills. The role focuses on promoting engineering solutions, managing client relationships, and supporting technical projects across Uzbekistan.

Position: Sales Manager
Salary: From 500 USD per month, before tax deductions
Location: Yashnabad district, Fidoyilar mahalla, Tashkent
Employment Type: Full-time
Experience Required: 1–3 years
Work Schedule: 5/2 (five working days, two days off)
Working Hours: 8 hours per day
Employment Format: Official employment contract
Work Location: On-site work at employer’s office

Key Responsibilities

Analyze customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions
Promote and sell industrial and high-technology equipment,
including calibration and engineering systems
Prepare technical and commercial proposals,
specifications, and tender documentation
Conduct presentations, product demonstrations,
and technical consultations for clients
Participate in negotiations as a technical expert
Coordinate with international manufacturers and partners
Support projects from inquiry to delivery and implementation
Participate in tenders and ensure compliance with technical standards
Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a technical field
Experience in technical sales
(B2B, industrial, or engineering sector)
Understanding of technical products and engineering solutions
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work with technical documentation,
specifications, and drawings
English proficiency is required;
Russian language skills are considered an advantage
